A letter from Mar 14, 2025

Dear FutureMe, I pray you are genuinely happy. I hope that in six months, things will have gotten easier for you, your life will have been more meaningful, and you will finally understand why you are here and often placed in uncomfortable situations. You would have finally figured out a way to make your parents proud of you. I hope you no longer feel like a failure and you see yourself as the smart young lady that you are. Now you feel like you're a curse to your parents because you never did anything right, and you never did anything to make them proud of you. I pray this feeling goes away. :( You feel like a burden to everyone you encounter, you do not feel intelligent, and often, you wish you just disappear. You hate your life not because of your circumstances (You are veryyyy blessed. Thank you, Jesus, and please forgive me for my ingratitude) but because of how you refuse to live your life, YOUR LIFE! You refuse to come out of your comfort zone. Father, help me. Please tell me you no longer care about people's judgements. PS:// they don't matter. I hope Daddy gets back in contact with you and forgives you because he's your father. ha How things happen then was out of your control, and I pray that he changes.... I pray God reveals the truth to him. You have a friend who texts you every day. 🍪 How's that? Are we still "friends"? I pray that is the case. I pray you are okay! He is a cool guy. What about university? How is that? Is our job paying us enough to pay your tuition? And finally (I didn't want to put this last) By now, we would've gotten really close with our Heavenly Father. Our relationship is stronger than it was in 2020. You would've finally wanted to live for Christ publicly, and you're a part of a church that notices you and a beautiful youth group. Oh, I pray your might have found your talent now and are using it to glorify God. Just know this AZ, Jesus loves you no matter what! And if you are alone now (God, I pray not, please!), you are going to be okay. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and soul. He is there with you and will always be. He is with me as I'm writing this. He'll never leave you nor forsake you! YOU BETTER NOT LEAVE HIM!!! Remember, babe, the storm doesn't last forever, the sun has to break through at some point. They will be joy in the morning! and I'm sorry for hurting you now.
