A letter from Feb 19, 2025

Dear FutureMe, well, you thought high school was rough. try apush and get back to me. i hope you got better at studying, cuz you kinda suck now. Sophomore year has been...... interesting. I hope junior year is going okay, at least better than now. Mamma Mia was AMAZING and hopefully, you get a good show next year. Let's hope the choir trip is Hawaii (Mason says NYC). maybe you will get a job (actually, I'm being serious this time.) I wonder how you scheduled senior year. and what about cardinal singers? so many things! have you gotten in a car accident lmao? solo ensemble scores? legally blonde? state honors? SO MANY THINGS most importantly, did you get the cornerstone solo? (or a boyfriend, but that solo is more important.) this time next year, it will be almost over. what about college? have you even thought about that? well, I hope we do good. remember, i'm proud of you AND I hate you at the same time!
