A letter from Feb 17, 2025

Dear FutureMe, Today is feb 17th, 2025. Wherever you are in life, I am so freaking proud of you. You are going to be OK. I love you so much. Keep on your journey, thats all that matters. You have made so much progress in the last couple years, and im so happy for you. 3 years ago today you were standing on top of your schools parking garage planning to end your life. We were really struggling. We didn't get self compassion or love and we were utterly despaired. But through hard work we've learned to be compassionate to ourselves, and empathetic and that absolutely saved us. Im so glad you are still here, and im excited to get to where you are now. Wherever you are. Im excited for what the future holds. I hope you are too.
