Time Travelled — 12 months

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Dear Future Me, I want you to know something, and I need you to hear it loud and clear: I’m not giving up on us. I don’t care how hard it gets, how tired you feel, how many doubts creep into your mind—I am fighting. I am fighting for your future. For our future. I don’t know where you are right now, what you’re feeling, or what you’re facing. But I do know this: You are worth fighting for. Your dreams, your joy, your peace, your purpose—it all matters. And no matter what happens between now and the moment you read this, I want you to remember that I chose to keep going for you. I won’t let fear steal our future. I won’t let doubt tell me we’re not enough. I won’t let time slipping by make me believe it’s too late. It’s never too late. I’m working, I’m growing, I’m learning, and I’m holding on—for you. Because I believe in us. Because I know God isn’t done with us yet. Because no matter how slow progress feels or how uncertain the road looks, we are still moving forward. So if you’re reading this and you feel lost, if you feel tired, if you feel like you haven’t done enough—stop. Breathe. You are exactly where you need to be. You are not behind. You are not a failure. You are becoming. And that is more than enough. I don’t know what life will look like a year from now, but I do know this: I fought to get you there. And I will keep fighting. Always. We are going to be okay. With love, Your Past Self
