Dear FutureMe,
Hey, Dezi. I know this message is coming from the past—your sophomore year in 2025, to be exact—but I felt compelled to reach out. I really hope you’re doing okay. If you’re struggling, that’s completely understandable. Life can sometimes feel like a rollercoaster, with moments of brightness followed by insurmountable challenges.
It’s all too easy to get caught up in the negative and overlook the good that surrounds us, especially when things feel heavy. I can relate to that feeling, and I want to remind you that it’s okay to acknowledge your struggles.
Although I can’t predict what you're dealing with, I want you to know that you’ll get through it. Please remember to take care of yourself amidst the chaos. Step outside, play with your dog, or reach out to a friend—whatever brings you a little joy. You deserve those moments of happiness.
You are valued and truly amazing, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now. Take care of yourself!
