Time Travelling — over 1 year

Peaceful right?

Dear Taylor, It is the 6th of February 2025. I am sitting in my seat on the sofa on a Tuesday with my computer on my lap. I am wearing a green miffy top, grey joggers, fluffy pink socks with cherries on them and my nails are red. It is a school day but I woke up with a sore throat so I'm not there. When I send this you might be waiting on a level results. Or you might have chosen to leave which is cool. I hope whatever's happened has gone well. I do hope if you have done exams you have smashed them. Whatever happens you've got other things behind your back and they don't define you too much. If you stayed in sixth form you've probably applied to uni. That is a big step and it scares me. I still haven't decided what I want to do really. Midwifery is the sensible option. Creative writing is the not sensible but fun option. There is no in between for these two, but either one apply yourself to. You have to fake being brave enough to do this. You can't end up in the box of naive little girl for your whole life. Because you are very smart. I hope you're better at public transport by now. If not, start practicing please. In our future I see warm rooms with blankets, sunlit kitchens, hot mugs of coffee, calico cats and books. Feet in fields and streams. Good food. Hunt this. I hope the cats are okay. It's only been a year and a bit but anything could happen. Bam Bam has a vet appointment tomorrow. I have a concert next week with charlie and I am half dreading it. I hope you're acting well on this front...whatever that means, hey. Maybe you're on a different front, and that's delightful too. Nurture it, but I promise you can always find more. Try and make noodles with piri piri spice and piri piri mayo. I've just tried it and its very good. But put some chicken in it, there wasnt any in the cupboard so I couldn't have any today. How's verity? If you aren't friends after this year and a bit, you must have done something terribly wrong. But it might be good to fix it. Don't feel poorly if you can't though. If you are friends, thank god for that. She is splendid. I hope you've been good to Mum, Dad and Ryan. Dyed your hair red yet? Be brave to try and make friends. I can't think of anything profound to say now. I have a bit of a headache. Hope you've written some good poetry. Pebbles has got slow eyes. She is adorable. Practice safe ***. Hope being 18 is good. Love you lots. You are beautiful. - Taylor.
