Dear FutureMe, Word of My Year: Brave Confident I want to be at the mountain top of indifference with the Narcissist. I want to see myself stepping out of my comfort zone. I see myself at peace with my decisions I've made and why I made them. I am brave in confronting my childhood trauma. I am soothing and comforting my inner child. I see myself feeling confident in my appearance, head held high, shoulders back. I see myself speaking my truth unapologetically. I see myself helping others and speaking in a way that is reciprocal. I feel myself stronger and not afraid of rejection. I am appreciating myself for putting my needs first. I am a caring and understanding parent to Eliya and Adar.
