A letter from Jan 23, 2025

Dear FutureMe, I don't know why I have stopped sending you these letters. I guess I have been working on us. Working on getting close to us. Healing us. Making us thrive! Haven't quite made the thriving part but I feel it, it's in the air. It's here. I have done a lot of work on me and soul searching. And last night, I put an entry in the diary. This is the very first entry since sometime in October 2024. And I wrote very compassionate things about us. About you. And I couldn't believe it. The whole time, I have been writing those lines, I didn't feel cringe about it. at all. Loving myself? omg this is really going to be a different year!
