A letter from Jan 14, 2025

Can't believe I made it to college. For some reason I never saw myself making it this far in life. This has honestly been the greatest year of my life. I have really found myself as a person and made the best friends I have ever had. Having Stella Reagan and Sophie as my suite mates has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I have never had friends that are this emotionally intelligent and that just genuinely care about me like they do. I have made the best memories this year with them that I will cherish forever and they have made me realize what a real friendship should be like. Going into this school year I was really scared I would struggle making friends and I thought college would be miserable. However, this has been the best 6 months of my life and I am so excited for next semester. I am scared for next year living in the sorority house because I will not be living with them anymore. I just want our friendship to stay the same and I do not want us all to drift apart. Coming to San Diego for the break made me realize how everyone here makes me feel really stupid and immature. I am really excited to go back to college next week and see everyone. I did really well this first semester and I am taking harder classes next semester so hopefully they are not too bad. Also- what the **** is wrong with men. Im assuming you remember Tanner since he was such a **** he is kinda hard to forget. Never have I ever been this disrespected by a guy like who the **** has the audacity to send pics with 4 different girls and tell me that they are my replacement. Like first of all what an ******* move I don't care if it's a joke you aren't even in college and you are a dumbass-die. Besides that I did enjoy the side quests with random guys one of us meets on snap. Anyways I hope you are still having a great time in college and you haven't dropped out yet. This is where I am at rn: Fav movie: Princess Diaries Fav show: Gilmore Girls New shows and movies I have watched: He's just not that into you, Wicked, Harry Potter, the 100, Hunger games Bank account: 1,740 College Talking stages: Jules, Grayson, jack, Logan, Tanner Kiss count-0 Fav songs-Stranger and the grudge I have learned some important lessons this year. Some friendships are not worth keeping up with in college, Do not hang out with people who do not make you happy no matter how lonely you get, do not get attached to guys you hang out with once, don't chase a guy who wanted you first, and most importantly nothing is that deep. Here are some questions I have for you: Have you gotten a boyfriend yet? have you had your first kiss yet? Are you still friends with your suite mates? Is Gilmore Girls your favorite show? Is sav baddie still alive? Are you still close with Bella? Do you still talk to Alysa? Have I changed my major yet? Love you Amelia and I hope you have had a great first half of college. You got this.
