Dear FutureMe, My name is Sara, I am Spanish and have been living in the UK for 12 years now. I have always loved cooking, especially baking. When I turned 18, I started working in a very famous bakery in Madrid, I was an apprentice. I worked for 5 years and learned a lot, but my life changed. At 26, I emigrated to Manchester with my husband and daughter and left everything I had learned behind. Here, in Manc, I work from home baking cakes and Spanish pastries for many people, but my vocation is to be a professional baker and dedicate myself to it. One day, I want to fulfill my dream, which is to have my own bakery.
