A letter from Jan 12, 2025

Hey Jess! Right now I am 14 years old, and in eight grade. It’s a Sunday today, I'm sitting on my couch listening to The Tortured Poets Department on vinyl. but enough about me right now, I want to know about you. We’re in High School now, I’ve always dreamed about High School but I’m sure it’s nothing like the movies, did we get to run at Rim Rock? If not that’s fine I know how hard we worked. Did we get casted in the musical? On Tuesday I’m auditioning for The 25th annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, I hope we do good! I just finished Meet Me At The Lake by Carley Fortune do you still have time to read or do you have to much homework? Where did we go for summer vacation this year? Last night we were talking about that, I really obviously want to go to Florida but that’s not really a summer trip, or London but we are saving Europe for JPs graduation trip. How’s everyone doing are you still in touch with Allison or Corryn? If not I get it because high school friend groups get separated. How was hoco did we have a date or did we just go with friends? Do we have a boyfriend, right now I don’t think we will but I don’t know who we’re going to meet in the next year. How was Christmas and John and Hannah’s wedding I bet that’s going to be an amazing night was it? Did we have a date to that? Did it snow again this year? It’s the 12th day of 2025 and I’ve only gone to school 2 days out of the 4 we were going to have because of snow. How’s diving going? Do you drive quite a bit or not really? How was Wicked pt. 2? Was it better than pt.1? Ok I’m going to be asking about Taylor so if we aren’t a fan anymore skip to the end of this paragraph. Has she released reputation Taylor’s Version yet or Taylor Swift Taylor’s Version? Did TS12 come out this year? Are her and Travis still together? Have they gotten married? Are you still running your Pinterest account? Did an eras tour documentary ever come out? Ok im done with Tay. I hope that we are surviving in high school! What ever we are going through right now if it’s good or even if it’s bad I hope you know that I am so proud of you that you are reading this and have made it another year. Please don’t forget how much you are loved by everyone you might be “to loud” or “a loud girl” but you just have a big heart, no one should be able to take that from you.
