Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe,
Today I wrote this letter to a friend and think It might come handy in the future for you, hence I decided to send it to to you as well.
"
Hey, sorry I’ve been caught up with so much these past few days.
Honestly, I don’t think you should take him seriously. As I said before, to me when I check the facts and take a look at the big picture, it's crystal clear that he’s just following a pattern(just more intense but inherently the same). He’s just going with the flow, and eventually, he’ll get bored of this too and move on to the next thing. Don’t let someone like that, who clearly doesn’t understand the impact of their words or actions, get under your skin.
Even if he does end up with her, I know it’s painful and not great for your ego, but try to shift your focus to your own journey and goals. That’s where you’ll find peace with what happened and let the life put better stuff on your path.
Take the time you need to feel everything, anger, sadness, whatever comes, but don’'t drown yourself in it. You have this amazing chance now to live life on your terms. Work remotely, chase your dreams, and go wherever you’ve always wanted, Bali, New York, or somewhere else that lights you up.
I honestly feel like he was distracting you of living your best life (and that's probably what you needed at that time), and just because we're a bit worried about creating family and stuff, we keep trying to work things out with wrong people or hope to fix them. But he has never been the one, he was just there for you to experience and to get over ***. I believe better things are going to happen ***, don't be sad honey.
It’s such a waste of your 20s to let someone who doesn’t deserve it take up this much space in your life. You’ve got so much ahead of you.
