Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Hey girl-Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I’m 16 right now. So first off- happy dancing queen 17! You’re so close to 18 now OH MY GOODNESS! Your golden birthday!! And graduating!! Good luck!! I’m so proud of you!! ❤️❤️ Sophomore year was incredible. I loved it. Junior year- well it’s been rough. I haven’t gotten the grades or scores I want and need. I feel like a failure and like I’m reliving freshman year. Just know, you’re beautiful. You are so talented. You’ve got so much to give and I am so proud of you for making it so far. I know there is so much that will happen this year and whether it’s good or bad, I am ready to face it. 💝 I want to be stronger in my faith. More resilient as a person. I want to achieve the body I want. I want to feel beautiful. I want to work hard. I want to earn my freedom. And most of all, I want to be myself. 💝 If you didn’t do any of those things this past year- that’s ok. You have your reasons and I will absolutely not judge you for it.❤️‍🩹 If you did, I’m proud of you. That’s great, either way, keep moving forward. I know you started your final and senior year of high school. It’s college applications and SAT exams and “did I get in?” I hope you get into the school of your dreams. I hope that you pray about it. I hope you learn to calm and manage your fears. Nothing can stop you if God is on your side. You have the world in your hands if you could just let Him show you. I hope that you enjoyed 2025, cried through it, loved through it, laughed through it, and lived through it- instead of just existing. You are your own person- nobody can define you for who you are except God. Good Luck! I wish you the best! I know you’ll make me proud. Either way, I’ll be proud. Love, Your sixteen your old self P.S.- did we ever fall in love or achieve the goal you’ve been wanting to achieve?
