Dear FutureMe,
today we just got in trouble for telling Mom that the last time we vacuumed that pink stain on the carpet in the basement was there I made the decision today to save up until I was 18 to move out when I could cuz I can't live here any longer like this she wanted to claim that I was trying to correct her when she said it wasn't there when I bought the vacuum and she was trying to say that I was trying to tell her that it was there when we put the vacuum and you know that's not what I meant I got grounded today and tomorrow because of it tomorrow mostly because I was trying to take a shower since I had it showered in days at that point and I got grounded for "doing what I wanted" she even told me herself that I could save up to move out and then I would find out how hard life really is being an adult but here's what she doesn't know I am saving every penny I earn since I don't have any bills yet other than a few every now and again for gas and phone bills so by the time I'm 18 I would save up hopefully about four grand then I can move out get a cheap apartment and since I don't smoke or vape or have any addictions I don't have to worry about not having enough money to last me a while and I'm going to be moving out with a roommate so this is coming in on your 18th birthday so hopefully you've saved enough and kept your own sense of mind I don't care what mom says you were moving out within the next couple months of you getting this email hopefully you have this email long enough anyway that's all you have to hear from me you'll be getting another email on this day as well I think so bye-bye hopefully we have a better life than the one we currently have now anyway it's about to be the year 2025 anyway so I got grounded on New Year's Day and New Year's Eve that's just how my life is going now I don't think I'm going to eat it all today maybe even tomorrow or eat the smallest amount possible cuz I'm already gaining weight I just genuinely don't f****** care anymore I had to break up with my boyfriend anyway I'm just so sick of this life
