Dear Rob: Congratulations on another year of success, through good times and bad, overcoming obstacles and short term challenges for long term peace prosperity and financial security for you Maura and Lily (and Louie and Austin). You supported and encouraged Lily to find a better job while supporting Austin to be the man your daughter deserves. You helped Maura focus on her health both mental and physical , giving her the encouragement she needed to be successful at work as a key component of the Geils Team’s best year ever. You committed to improving your health as well, resuming your quest for lower weight, stronger muscles and a more balanced mental health through exercise diet and meditation. Starting the year at 195, your goal of 175 was reached through daily habits and the support of your men as well as your family. You needed to do it and you did it. In business , you set a goal of 500K GCI w $300,000 of take home income , with 25 deals , reaching your teams highest sale price ever and successfully adjusting to the new reality of business growth n NYC Real Estate, once again achieving a high level of MultiMillion Dollar Club status at Corcoran. It was not by any means an easy year , but you achieved everything you needed to achieve and most of what you wanted to achieve and you should pay yourself an the back for being the best man you can be. Your family and your community as well as your clients are lucky to have you in their lives.
