A letter from December 30th, 2024

Dear FutureMe, Hey! I hope 2025 went as well as you hoped. As 2024 ended, I thought of some things I'm hoping you left behind for me. For me, 2024 was a year of change. Even though we didn't do everything we wanted, we did a good amount. I feel like we only didn't accomplish 2 of our goals. I hope you’re still going to church, and I hope you’re not too hard on yourself anymore. I hope that you left Hailey and Kendra in the past after everything they did. You really needed to. I hope you dropped your porn addiction because that's one thing that I know really bothers me currently. I hope you’re still running and you’re still singing because that's a good talent you have. I hope that your life is different, and I hope you didn't lose too many friends. I hope you stopped listening to the haters. I hope you got some help for your depression if you even have it. I think you’re just struggling right now, and that's okay. You have everything you need. I hope you’re still going to church, and I hope you know how many people love you and need you. I hope you've cried recently and you've been able to express your emotions better than you could in 2024. I hope everything is okay, and I hope everyone is still okay. I love you, Connor. Don’t ever give up and know that you are enough. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise, and you will get a girlfriend. Just don't let it control your life.
