A letter from Dec 28, 2024

Dear FutureMe, 2024 was a year full of the most tumultuous growth from jack leaving you for 6 months, to finding out about an African deployment, to struggling with one of the hardest classes of your whole career. But just like you always do, you came out better on the other side. Although you’re still dealing with a lot of personal growth & trauma, you're making strides in the right direction. I hope this continues in 2025. Probably one of the most exciting things of 2024 was your engagement! I cannot wait to look back on this letter and reflect upon all the wedding planning that occurred. Where did you end up deciding to get married? When? Where is your bachelorette party? Such exciting things to plan and accomplish in 2025. One of the most stressful but most rewarding experiences will be the completion of your capstone project and your masters degree. Bailey, you forever impress me with all the goals you only ever dreamed of, but now you’re making a reality. I cannot wait to reflect upon the relaxation that you’re enjoying in 2025 as you wrap up your mashers.
