I want to say that you are loved, and you are capable of so much love - do not hold it back
But also don't forget, that discipline and laziness is a choice you make everyday - even with all the systems you create and the plans you make, remember that in every moment, you need to make the hard decision to do the work. it's not going to be easy and it's not going to be comfortable - it might be unfamiliar and scary - but somehow or other, you have to get it done.
Whether by a foot or a mile or the skin of your teeth, just get it done, and do it like a high value person.
Remember, don't chase butterflies, build a garden to attract.
I say again, you have so much love to give, but I also say again, you are loved and supported, so lean into it. Ask about the things you don't understand, ask questions to the people that might just be able to help, even if it's an indirect connection.
