A letter from December 27th, 2024

Dear FutureMe, It's the end of 2024, only a few days left.I hate this year, I hate most of the things about it. Many of the memories are bad. My parents fought, mon leaving the house, and then came back broken. I am glad it's ending. 
The bad things didn't stop with just that, I also lost my best friend HMJ, I lost him and I can't have him back. He just made a lot of mistakes and chose to be the victim instead of fixing things. He chose to do more damage than stop and walk away, and I can't be with someone like him. I decided to cut the negative people out of my life and start a new one with better hopes for the future. 
As for Mohammed, he keeps giving hints that we are only friends, and I'm his favorite friend now. Part of me wants to keep him like that because I don't believe in close friends anymore, I don't see that it's worth it to get close to someone. Thank you HMJ for making me lose trust in friends again, for making me fear getting to know someone again. I remember you with every reel about friendship, every mention of Harry Potter, I hope that next year I'm free of our memories.
