Dear FutureMe, hello, angel! HAPPY 19TH BIRTHDAY. how’s life so far? is eighteen been good to to you? i hope that nineteen will be good to you na, i love you. kabalo bitaw ka, daghan kaayo nahitabo karon, i’m already g12 in Portulin National High School, i already got out in St. Isidore School that we thought we won’t going to ever get out... but believe me, it’s so hard here too (with adjusting in the environment and new teaching methods, i fear.) i know you’re college na diha, how’s life in college? I bet it’s very hard out there. gel, mao ni ako ika ingon sa imo, never ever blame yourself for the things we couldn't control. if you think that all the bad things happen just because of you... no! gel, i love you, please don’t be sad if ever we will going to choose practically there in the future, thank you gel for being so strong despite this raging year, thank you for trying your best on understanding our situation... don’t worry ha? maka lingkawas ra ta dani — it’s funny because i loathe that words when someone told that to us pero, gel, i’m sorry if you suffer that much out there ha? i’m sorry if you feel like you don’t deserve to live in this world. if you’re having hard time, hold on, please, stay for awhile? i promise... God will always there with us. sorry for being emotional on my 19th birthday, pero do you know that my letter supposedly in 25 was sent late? so i hope you read this on the day on our birthday... i hope the website won’t ever crash or something because i will keep doing this until eternity. gel, if ever na you have something interesting happening on your life right now... please tell it to our future self too, i will be happy reading it in the future. since it’s also our last year as teen, be responsible ha? as much as possible, don’t engage sa unta sa ****** activity, and please be mindful about your actions... be a responsible teenager. don’t forget to study please, and no more false fishing ha (yk what i mean). i’m so proud of you of what you become. you fought so well. i was there with you, wala nakoy lain nga gipangayo, please be happy. i hope that somehow this message reach to you, and i hope on that time you will put a big small on you face. i love you, my nineteen angel. live the life that our fourteen years old been dreaming about, even though the things out there is not according to our plan, it’s okay... as long as you’re living, i’m not asking for more. once again, happy birthday!
