A letter from Dec 22, 2024

Dear FutureMe, The last message I wrote to you was very delusional and it made me a little sad. But I swear I will try to be realistic now. I don't expect from you a lot of accomplishments, since I know how hard it is to deal with ADHD. I know how hard you are trying. I don't expect you to land a high-paying job or have a life you've always dreamed of. I just hope that you are still trying and not giving up. You know how much anxiety I have when I think about the future. Even a year from now I have no idea where I am. But I know that things will get better. I'm sure they will. You will figure it out. I had a tough experience at Teleperformance, as you remember. I struggle with it, cause it made me insecure. But I hope that you have overcome it now and put the past in the past. I wish that you spend less time thinking about these stuff that hold you back. Don't drive yourself insane with your thoughts. Don't hold onto anger and resentment. Focus on what really matters. Your education and friendships. Take time for yourself, don't forget to dress well and care for yourself deeply. Be fine with who you are and don't listen to what other people think of you. Especially those who you don't even care about or don't even like. You are improving every day and I'm proud of the person that you are becoming. You are strong, don't let anyone tell you that being soft is a weakness. I know that people misunderstood you. They will do it no matter what. If they want to gossip about you, they will find a reason. Don't think about why friendships never work. You will find your people. Don't force yourself to change for others. You have nothing to be ashamed of. Don't be scared of being in the spotlight or out of the spotlight. You don't have to worry so much about your reputation. You aren't crazy, there's nothing wrong with you. It's an honour to talk to you and be with you. don't let others make you think otherwise. You are worthy and you will be happy. You will have everything that you have dreamed of. Just be patient, think positive and work hard brave princess <3
