Time Travelled — over 1 year

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, I'm sitting here in my room today with our little boy Ollie we got 2 days ago, to start with something about me was nervous even though I love him I think its just the change we never liked change or making decisions to be fair. Anyways happy 18th birthday, it's odd to be saying that thinking that us a year ago wouldn't believe we would make it there but hey I guess a lot has changed in the past year we started home schooling (best design you've ever made), lost a few friends (it okay though because you learned to become your own best friend) and probably most importantly you realised you were ***. Now you've probably started uni now, unless our life fell to shambles or something amazing happened, those are the only 2 ways you're not in uni right now. I know currently I have no idea what I want to do with our life but I'm sure we'll figure something out, I just hope you really enjoy what your doing. So next topic what's going on with skating are you still doing it, I know training sessions can be really ****** sometimes but getting to compete at nationals makes it so worth it and hey one day you might actually make it to worlds, just ignore the coaches when they make you feel bad because you know it will get better. Ok now into the important business do we have a girlfriend, I know life is great single and its okay if your still figuring things out but please no matter what never date a man, I don't care how bad the world gets just stay single rather than being with a man. Also did we come out to our parents yet or anyone but our best friends we can't be in the closet forever but its also okay if you need more time, coming out doesn't have a timeline and no matter anyones response always stay true to yourself. Now some final words of wisdom from your 16 year old self because we know how wise I can be at times. Firstly never let someone else's opinion of you change who you are, if your feeling sad just dance it out and if your really sad talk to someone about it, if something someone does bothers you let them know rather than letting it make you feel bad, be good person always and stay kind, a real friend will listen to how you feel and never make you feel isolated or alone, and lastly sometimes the best thing to do if something is stressing you out is to walk away and take a break. Now have a great 18th birthday and please don't drink.
