Time Travelling — 12 months

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, I am so proud of you. By the time this letter reaches you, you will have received your GCSE results, and are in sixth form college. I can only hope that you got the grades that you deserve — it’s only 4 months until the GCSE exams start from now, and then 7 months until you will have had received the envelope of your grades. I am sure that you have worked very hard. I wonder, what subjects are you doing in college? I am sure you got the right grades to do biochem, and that you passed maths, and if not — I hope everything is going okay, and that you are doing what you enjoy. Remember, it’s all God’s plan. Additionally, what college are you going to? I know that right now I am rooting for Varndean. Speaking of which, I haven’t had the interview yet, I’ve only had the Haywards Heath college interview so far. I hope that college is going alright, and that you feel more free than me at this moment in the upcoming past. Are we able to go to Church now? Near Varndean (well, not that near) there is the Greek Orthodox Church. I hope you built up the courage to go. Don’t worry. I have mock resists in (well, I can’t remember what month, but it’s soon) a lot of my subjects — I think, they didn’t really say the details, they never do. I hope that my grades in the resists are good, and that I was able to do higher tier combined science for the final GCSEs. Have you also received the Oxford health counselling yet? I do hope you are doing better and life is good for you. I hope you are happy. I also hope that you are still not waiting to receive the counselling after all this time… We have been through so much. Currently as I am writing this, (you most likely won’t remember) I have been off sick for a day, and am now sick off too on the last day before the Christmas break. I am spending this time by watching Better Call Saul in bed, today is a good day, (apart from me being sick) it’s sunnier than would be usual outside! And we both know I hardly get any sun in my room lol. I am excited for Christmas, I hope it goes well. The birthday of our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Do not forget that God is always with you! Dad said that a few days after Christmas we are going to Westfield for the shopping centre near the White City. I have never been there, I hope you had a good time there. I am worried it will be expensive… lol. In college, I hope you have a good amount of friends. I know we are both very lonely, and I hope that has changed for you. I hope that you are able to be yourself. On Sunday, I’m pretty sure it’s on Sunday, I am getting my braces done. Well, hopefully, since I won’t be able to have it done if I have a nasty cold. I’m sure it will go well, I’d be a lier if I said I wasn’t nervous. Has our Spanish improved? I am sure you are fully fluent by now. Well, at least able to have good conversations. Mum said that we are going on holiday as a celebration for the finals, did you go to Spain? I hope so, and I hope you had a great time. I also wonder if you have taken Spanish for A-Level? I’m sure you have. It would be absurd if you didn’t lol. Is dad also doing okay? I hope he is well and has gotten a new job, if even possible, but if not — I hope he is happy in his job now. Though I’d doubt such a thing. I also hope that mama is well. God bless them both. Amen. Remember to always be kind and grateful ❤️ Isaiah 41:9 Lord Jesus Christ, Son and word of God, have mercy on me, a sinner. You are my Father, my God, and the stronghold of my salvation. Most Holy Theotokos, save us. Amen. ✝️☦️
