A letter from Dec 19, 2024

Dear Future me, I’m turning 15 years old today! Well, I’ll be 16 when I will read this but anyway! I’m a 10th grade student in Chicago high school, and I’m still a basketball player. By the way, me and my team are the best, we won all of our games! I wonder if I’m still playing basketball in the future… How’s my film-making project going? I posted my first solo movie on YouTube yesterday, I’m so happy about it! I’m going to Thailand in a month, I’m so excited! I almost broke my fidget spinner when I threw it earlier. YES. I still have my fidget spinner. And I love it. Let’s hope I’m still happy and healthy. I hope I met my idols in Thailand! I wish myself a happy birthday, and hopefully, I’m still having good grades. I hope I’m still posting movies, or I still have some in progress. Let’s hope I have enough money to buy my own connected speaker! Mom and dad don’t want to buy me one. Fingers crossed!
