Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, It is 2024 and i have no idea whats going on in my life! I'm only half kidding. But hi, how are you? Right now, im picking up the pieces that life has torn off of us to make something of myself again. I stopped studying social work and am now in the process of looking for what I do like. I'm going to "test study" at a fashion school next thursday to see if that's my calling. So. That's fun. I'm slowly learning how to feel better so you don't have to. So, here's some things I've figured out, just in case you need it. Eat healthy and enough, especially in the morning. I get all cranky and annoying when I don't. Also drink. Throughout the day. This might seem straightforward but I know who you are and how you are. Next, GET ENOUGH SLEEP. I swear. Trust. Also, a shower really does help. Feeling like ****? Take a nice, hot shower. Tired? Cold shower. Feel dirty? SHOWER. Tea is also a wonder beverage and cheese fondue is great food to make you feel better. You will get through this winter. Smile and laugh because it will make you feel better. Write down things you need to do because you will forget and ask questions if you don't know. I hope you don't still feel like everyone in the world knows something you don't, but if you do, then so be it. The world might know **** you don't, but despite everything you are still here. You exist. With all these people that know ****. You still walk among them and you are in the same class, at the same job, in the same tram and on the same bus as them. You are no less or more than any of them. My hope for you is that you are at least a bit more comfortable with yourself. I would also love it if you were doing something you genuinely enjoy, both at school and at work. I hope you know that you are love. I love you. Take care of this weird body. Stay weird, Your past you <3
