A letter from Nov 22, 2024

Time Travelled — 12 months

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, It's been around a month since I received the letter, but I have been uber-busy and unable to write back. School has been crazy and trying to make money while also trying not to fall into a severe state of depression is lowkey nuts but here we are. So I guess I should address your first question, school. So we almost got kicked out but saved our ***** and now we ended up part-time halfway through the semester cause we ****** up in Spanish but that's ok, the money part is more stressful than anything else. The government was sort of ******* dumb so they ****** everything up, but anyways. We are trying our hardest at school and realizing that when we try we are still just as smart as when we were in high school. The second question, subbing. I did indeed start subbing. Leah got us in contact with Kim and boom! We had our first gig at Harmony Elementary. It was only a half day but still very hectic but I feel like I've gotten better as time has gone on. I'm having fun and I truly believe that teaching is for me now. These kids make me love life and they're a lot of work but they are worth it. The third question is Cineplex. I am still at Cineplex. However, since I've started subbing I am there less. I just went in for my first shift in two months. I can't wait to leave that place but it's really good and flexible for what I need. And lastly, I do not have a boyfriend. I have Bumble and Indian men adding me on Snapchat. I don't have any semblance of a love life and I'm still a hopeless virgin but we're living I guess. We also moved again and like the place we live in even though there are sometimes mice. Jam is good at catching them though. It's 6 in the morning and I'm going through my e-mails when I should be sleeping so... See you in a year, XOXO AT
