Dear FutureMe, hey girl i hope this birthday is much better then your 25th!! you went to hospital with kidney stones 😂😂 just 5 mins ago you found one in ur wee lol let’s hope the other one comes out just as easy. What a year of hospitals you’ve had please say i haven’t been again. i hope 25 is good … have you learnt to drive yet? just thinking about that makes me nervous lol i wouldn’t hate you if you haven’t passed yet. hows ur love life? lol okay i’m going to sleep again as im exhausted you went in to a&e at 1am and left at 6pm. elizabeth xoxo
