Dear FutureMe,
Well, it's been a year since Trump took office - how are things going? Is America "great" again?
Based on his promises, the following should have been taken care of by now:
* The war in Ukraine has ended (was supposed to have ended in 24hrs before he even took office).
* Mass deportations are happening (was supposed to start “day one”)
* The war in the Middle East between Israel and Palestine (and others) is over, and Gaza is being restored.
* How are the tariffs working out?
He also promised to lower everyone's cost of living. How's that going?
Here’s how things looked before he took office:
* Inflation rate: 2.6%
* Unemployment rate: 4.1%
* Average gas price: $3.08
* Average cost of eggs: $3.37
* Average cost of bread: $2.80
* Average cost of a home in Georgia: $389k
* Schwab: $127k
* Vanguard: 133k
