A letter from Nov 09, 2024

Dear FutureMe, Hey, Eliot. How've you been? We're currently in college! Community College, to be exact. We're currently majoring in Human Services, hoping to become a social worker or therapist. Did we change our major? I know we've been thinking of changing it to full psychology, but we aren't sure yet. Also, how are you feeling? Like, personally. We don't really get into the groove with ourselves, so hopefully, we're giving ourselves self care. Have you actually gotten back into therapy?? I mean, we say we will. But we're just afraid to actually go back cause of trauma we're afraid to talk about. Do we end up changing our name? I'm pretty sure by now we've gone by the name of Eliot for 2 years now? Or 3 years. But we have had the thoughts of changing it - but I don't think it will. We even said this name would stick, and it has! We might make ourselves a middle name - we're thinking of Vincent since we kinda look like a Vincent. Nearly chose it as a last name, but we're thinking of the last name Fox or Foxx. Mr. Fox/Foxx would like such a cool last name! I know I keep mentioning tattoos and whatnot. Did we actually get one? I'm thinking of getting a Medusa or something Snake related. How are you feeling 1 year after this f**king of an election? I know day one of the elections you felt absolutely terrible, nearly had a panic attack two times because of it. We're still coping with the huge loss. And we're honestly so f**king scared, we don't want to live in America or even be alive right now. But we need to stay! That f**king man will NOT be the reason we k*ll our self. I won't f**king allow it. We will live out of spite. Also, um. Therian stuff! We never talked about this stuff before, and others here might find it odd; are we still a therian, though? Cause we semi popular in the community and the people there are so nice! If anyone ever reads this , join the therian community on Tumblr! They're some of, if not the least, toxic area for therians! Cause other platforms can spread misinformation, and yeah, there is some on Tumblr, but there is less, and the community is more accepting. How are we feeling about friends? I know we've said that we didn't want to keep being friends with one group cause they let back in a person you're not too fond of. We actually thought about it all summer and never did anything about it. I know the group didn't let them into the main chat cause there's a few of us that still don't like them. I'm not going to f with them for as long as I can. Anyway, I hope your life is alright and you're still alive by the end of this sh*tshow. I love you, Eliot. P.S.
