Dear FutureMe, Right now you’re currently thinking about your ex and hurting over the situation still. It’s been 2 1/2 months since you broke up with him. I hope wherever you are now in life that you are happy, and I hope you’re the best possible version of yourself. Even if you’re sad or going through something, that does not mean that you are not your best version. As long as you’re putting in the work and trying, then you’re doing a great job. What college did Emi end up going to? Do you miss your sisters? Your family??? How are Mike and Pluto?? Have they recovered from Pancake yet? Where are you going to live after college? What’s changed??? Are you proud of how far you’ve made it??? If not…. You really should be. We used to cry every night in high school thinking we wouldn’t make it this far, but I’m so glad we did. I hope we’re the best sister and daughter anyone could ever ask for. I hope you’re flourishing and growing into the young woman you want to be. Your biggest enemy is yourself, be gentle.
