Dear FutureMe,
I am writing this letter to remind you of the goal you made and make sure you are on track since you are halfway through the time period. The goal was to save $2000 for baseball training at Velo within 2 years. If you are able to accomplish this goal, you will be able to pay for the training that will help you protect your arm for pitching and get you ready to be recruited by a D-1 college. This goal required you to work hard and sacrifice some free time and fun activities so you could work and save the money. You were concerned about how to accomplish this and you said you would limit activities that took too much time or were expensive. By this time you should have already saved $1000. Hard work will pay off and if you think of the end result, playing baseball in college, the effort will be worth it. All that physical work you are doing is also giving you a good workout so that is a benefit as well. You only have one year to go. You've got this.
Keep up the good work,
Jaxen Yepez
