A letter from Sep 18, 2024

Dear Self, I know that you are struggling right now with living in your body. I know that you are making not the best choices and resorting back to past habits, I get that. Know that you are not being judged by me and that I understand why you are doing what you feel you need to do for yourself right now. Future self would like you to know that you were always worthy of self-love. No matter your size or your mental state. These things do not dictate your right to love (yourself), and to be loved (by others). You are worthy, you are enough, and you always have been. I'm sending you so much love today and always. I hope by the time you're reading this in one years' time, that you are in a better place. One that is so great it is beyond what you are currently able to imagine right now. I will always be here. I will be rooting for you always. You got this <3
