A letter from Sep 17, 2024

I won’t make this letter long. By the time you’re reading this, I hope you never took back your promises on your loved ones. I hope you took control of your life before you let it control you. I hope you made use of those useless talents you were given. I hope Theosis is now in development. I hope you’ve already reconciled with Ace. I hope you talked with Hiori, Jayden, Octa, Axi, all of them again, perhaps played together again, perhaps laughed together again, perhaps won together again. I hope you went back to that one place. I hope you’re less sorry at basketball than I am. I hope you’re in a position to say “man, that year was my turning point.” I hope you’re in a position where you can be happy about yourself. Lastly, I hope that I find out I didn’t lose anything as soon as I get to where you are. But maybe I’m just hoping.
