Time Travelled — almost 2 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, I am living in the dawn of a transformative time period in my life. I feel it. It's anxiety inducing. Yet, despite that, I've never felt so assured in my personhood. I am so distinctly me, and before that would have brought forth shame, but now, it's a state of neutrality. Not so much confident yet. There are two new people in my life. Both present prospects of something further, but I don't know. I don't really care, to be quite honest. How it develops, how it blooms. One of them is a song-writer. His stuff is actually impressive, and I say that with all the genuinity I could possibly output. I also think that him being a creative is so refreshing, I haven't met someone outside of my sisters who are also committed to their art like him. He's a good friend! Another is a girl. She's introduced me to skateboarding, and on one of our first meetings we went to go get coffee, which is funny to me. She's really nonchalant, and I enjoy hanging out with her, as she does not shut down my eccentrism, but embraces in, or more astutely, delves into it. So, things may change in the future. These people may blur in my life. But it's all so exciting.
