Dear FutureMe, I hope you're filled with joy and gratitude. I would like you to smile with your whole heart. I hope you are connected to your emotions and to your body. I hope you have a healthy lifestyle that enhances your well being. I hope you eat clean, exercise, journal and listen to your inner voice. I hope you are this spark that makes people smile. I hope you have your spark by your side - someone who makes you smile, who holds you I their arms and truly sees you. Someone who chooses you every day and someone who you can trust will keep choosing you. I hope you are happy and grateful for who you have become.
