Time Travelled — 12 months

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Hello! It’s been a while, being 21 was a lot huh? Well guess what now that we’re 22, we may still encounter some ups and downs in life. It will never be a walk on the park; nor as it is always sunshines and rainbows. You have been through a lot as 21. You have experienced difficulties such as Identity crisis, academic pressure, and most of all, family problems and pressures. We may seem to have crossed different path in terms of the idea of graduating early, but we; by we it’s me and you future me, we still have more to prove to ourselves and not to others. I would like you to be reminded that you should always have your feet grounded. We may seem to have our head above water in order to survive. Yet, we still have to live our best! This year that we have ended being 21 years old, we have learned to be ever be patient with ourselves, our lives, and to others, and most importantly we learned to be kinder to ourselves. We may still have parts of us that tend to please others. We’re still working on that, But I hope you have dealt well with it. We also learned to let things be as they should be. Know what battles that are worth fighting for, and live for. To let thing be removed from our lives whether they are people that we have loved, things that we have loved, and memories we have treasured. We learn to let things go. It was best not to dwell in the past, and just be present in the now, and have every bit of silver lining for the future. Now that you’re 22 what have you encountered? What are your pains and joys? What have you learned from this age?
