Peaceful right?

Dear Future Me, 1). What you are most excited to experience as a Mortgage Banker at Rocket Mortgage? At Rocket Companies/Family of Companies? I am very excited to be part of such an amazing culture here at Rocket Mortgage. I have spent the last 15 years in the financial industry with the last 8 being in mortgage lending. I am a firm believer that we always have more to learn to develop our skill sets in life. I'm incredibly thankful to have been offered the opportunity to be part of a such a rapidly growing company that has set its footprint in the technological space in mortgage. I've heard nothing but amazing things of how Rocket has an exceptional training program, and I can now see firsthand through my personal experience how that rings true. My trainers for safe were all incredibly passionate about what they do and that radiates into each pupil digesting a fire hydrant of information in such a short time. They prepared me for success in passing my SAFE exam the very first time and that accomplishment incredibly motivating. We we're told to believe in the process and in turn believe in ourselves and I'm seeing daily we have amazing leadership that truly cares about our success and growth. I love to learn from those around me and grab onto highlights of what has made others successful in what they do. I'm a sponge ready to soak up all the success of those around me and allow that to grow me individually and make me that much better at caring for others needs and helping them through the home ownership process. Owning a home is perhaps one of the biggest American Dreams for many people and I'm so thankful to be in an industry of professionals who can make that dream a reality for years to come! 2). What is your favorite ISM and why? My favorite ISM is ignoring the noise. So many people in life want to be a voice in your head telling you what you can and can't do. I'm a big believer in vision boards and the best thing you can do is tell me no or that's not possible, because I take that as not now never means no forever, it just means not now. I know the power of words and negativity and positive thinking. It's so important to have a plan and make steps daily to execute those plans. If you don't have a goal, you'll find yourself motionless in life. Believe in yourself and always work hard and ignore the noise. Action equals results. 3). What information from this training do you want to remind yourself of in the future? You can do anything you put your mind too. Nothing is impossible with hard work and dedication and sticking to the process. Dream big and never settle. Life is what you make it day in day out. Put in the hard work and you will see results. 4). How did you feel going through this training? This process really shows you a bit of what your made of. It is a lot of information, and it can leave you longing sometimes and wondering if you'll make it through, but when you reach the top of mount Everest no one ever reflects on the journey to the top without embracing the horizon you have from the top of the mountain. When you’re climbing up all you can see is the peak and destination in front of you. When you get to the top you can see everything around you and take it in and appreciate each step you took to get there that much more. 5).What are some of your future personal or professional goals? I want to be financially free I'd like to be on track to meet and clear at least 100k my first year and leave a legacy for my family. I professionally want to be recognized as someone that cared and loved on others and helped to make their life a better life. I want to be a friend and support to those around me and remember that your never too big to stay humble. I believe we are made to serve others and through sacrifice and hard work we can accomplish things we only imagined. I want to make my dreams a reality. I want to make an album and learn to play the piano and drums and better my skills as a guitarist and vocalist. I hope to own a piece of land, or several pieces of real estate and I want to purchase a plane or become part of a flying club. I want to travel the world and make incredible memories with my family. I want to be debt free in the next 10 to 15 years and be able to live and give like I never have before.
