Time Travelled — 12 months

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Here is the third September 2nd letter to the future. Looking back on the last letter it is obvious that you were more stressed out then than you are now. Hopefully that trend continues. The south wall and windows are currently still an issue, fingers crossed this coming year this gets fixed. We are about to take down that old tree out front. Contrary to last years plan you now feel like you and Sybil are going to stay in this house and fix it up. Dreams are of a glassed in front porch, and sun room extension to replace the mud room and deck. Is the Barn gone? Also we’re always thinking about bathroom kitchen septic and well. Oh ya, this is day 2 (8) of a year of sobriety. It feels like a good plan. Money is still tight but tax dept is done, fingers crossed you got a bit of savings socked away. This year in magic has been great, your stage show feels complete, you’ve also got a plan to Lear Decamps two cup routine. Did that giant screen turn out to be useful? In October of this year you had that major burn out, very scary. JW is in a good place now. RP is back on your case load. MS has been here for a long time. JW seems complex. David is still sick and may not be around as you read this next letter. Were you and Sybil able to get to Europe? Are you still fat? Does she still have a boyfriend? Are you still having *** with Asian masters students? Fingers crossed. The plan is to get a good set of std tests and get on prep. Hopefully that come together soon. Marc has had a hard year. Hopefully he can get the help he needs…. All told you love magic, you feel good after a week off pot, kids are happy and safe and growing. Work is posit e and satisfying and you are proud of what you are doing. Keep up the good work, be wise, be kind, make art and love. Bill
