Happy Birthday to myself. Happy Birthday to the 11-year-old girl who never thought it´d get better. It doesn´t, not temporarily. I´m still figuring out how to fight my inner demons. 3 years later, I´m in an even worse state. For the past few months, things have been going much better but ever since we returned from our vacation in Italy, I´m falling into my old moods again. Today is my birthday, my room is messy, and I haven´t showered in a few days. My sleep rhythm is **** but I´ve been trying to repair it for those last few days.
