A letter from Aug 29, 2024

Dear Future Me, Hello! I hope you're doing well at this moment in your life. It's been a year since your downfall, and by the time you receive this letter, it will have been two years. Everything you've been through is valid. It's not that you deserved it, but I know God wouldn’t have let it happen if He didn’t know you could handle it. You really can—you are one of His strongest soldiers. Just trust the process, He is preparing you. You have been so strong in facing the storms in your life, especially within your family. I am proud of you—very proud of you. Please know that someone up there is rooting for you. Thank you for not giving up. The years 2023-2024 were when you were so broken. But you’re not allowed to complain because you know it’s the consequence of your actions. (I know, I know—you just made a mistake, I get it.) When self-blame was what kept you going, it seemed so pitiful, didn’t it? But it’s okay. At least you had a reason to keep moving forward. Your life will not end because of the bad decisions you made. I hope you are okay by now. Always remember. YOU ARE STRONG and BRAVE. Be proud of yourself. Yourself-2025
