Time Travelled — almost 2 years

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, My life right now is boring, but honestly idc (I got an Infiniti that I worked hard for though). I want to graduate and go to a college to become something in life. I work a lot, I’m barely seeing my mom or brothers, and I hope I'll get to spend time with them more after the school year, but by then I will be an adult. I'm always in my head and I know I'll still be up there when I graduate. I wonder what my thoughts and emotions are going to be, walking across that stage seeing faces I've seen since elementary, my mom being proud of me, and seeing my brothers stare at me knowing that one day I’ll go to their graduation too. I most likely won't have any connections after high school and I find that okay because everyone has their life to worry about. Last summer really changed my perspective of life, making me live by a motto. I’ve always thought they were dumb but this one really impacted me and changed my future. The motto is that you can't control others or what they do but what you can control is the actions and achievements you as a person accomplish. Overall, I wish for the best in my life and to always take things step by step, don’t try to make lemonade without lemons.
