Dear FutureMe,
I live in Canada. To be honest, the first few years were challenging, but over time I adapted. Now, I’m studying to become a veterinarian at a college. After completing my English course, I enrolled in college, and I really enjoy this profession. My husband continues to work as an IT specialist, and he also enjoys his job.
My dream has come true: every week, my husband, our dog, and I go to the mountains. This has been a long-held dream of mine, and now it’s a reality. We enjoy nature and the time we spend together.
We also bought a car, and this is our first experience with driving. It was scary at first, but I overcame my fear of driving and got my driver’s license.
Fortunately, my brother has also come to Canada. I hadn’t seen him for several years, and that period was difficult for me because I felt guilty for living in safety and peace while he was in danger due to the war with Russia and the oppression from his own government. But now we are all together: my husband, my brother, my mother, our dog, and me. We live in Canada, and now I can truly rejoice and enjoy life to the fullest.
