A letter from Aug 10, 2024

Dear FutureMe, well, I think by the time you receive this you'll probably had forgotten about this (or maybe you won't, I know you) but whatever WOW! by this time you're probably worrying a lot about ICFES (PORQUE ESTÁS EN 11!!!!!!) I know you wanted to be representante de los estudiantes and if you are CONGRATSSD you have fulfilled a dream of mine but if you're not, don't worry, I hope you have learned that you shouldn't be embarrassed for your failures, you'll learn from them, and it's really weird I'm telling you this because I cannot accept it yet, but I know we will, together I also hope you're happy (ofc) with your environment, with the people that's around you, I want to believe they love us, and I yearn that you're sure about that. You'll probably lose people I know adore, and that's sad, but never forget all good things they taught you and all the beautiful moments you spent with them. AND I'M REALLY EXCITED TO KNOW WHO IS NEW IN YOUR LIFE!!! There's also your mom, right now, I'm sure she loves me, and I know she does love you, and I'm wondering whether she has accepted us or not, I hope she has. Stop being so worried about what people might think about you, be sure that A LOT of people loves you, and A LOT MORE wants to know you, even the ones myself wanna know Take care of your sister, try to understand her, she's just a kid and she ADORES you, dont be so mean to her. I hope you have figured out how to love your friends and how to show them that love properly, never forget that they're there for you and you SHOULD be there for them. And always remember that you're very valuable, and that you're more than your crushes, whoever they are. A crush is a lack of information. You don't have to be begging love to anyone, and I know it's hard to not do it (because it is hard for me) but try and I hope you learn how to. You deserve more.
