A letter from Aug 10, 2024

Dear Future Sokka [if you still go by that], This is you from 2024, age 19! At this point you've been with Romeo for 9 months, and he's moving to Ohio in a week. I'll be honest things feel a little hectic right now. I've been getting a lot of mood swings lately, and I realized I was spotting so hopefully it's just PMS. You went to Disney this year! It hasn't happened yet, but I hope it's exciting. We've always been bad at future planning, so I'm not going to ask if we've done anything important goal wise. I hope we're still with Romeo and going strong, and I hope that whatever we're doing, we're happy. Something I want you to remember, Future Sokka, is that life doesn't end at 21. It didn't end at 19, did it? If you get this letter and you're feeling the lowest of the low, just know Sokka from the past and the future are pulling you up from there.
