A letter from August 7th, 2024

Dear D,
I don't think previously you would have believed it, but you were just holding C.'s hand... when we all thought we wouldn't ever talk to him again. 
he's a stinker. no doubt. an 8 to be specific... but tonight and last Sunday it was the first time you held his hand... you've even cuddled for a bit.
although cuddling was v much at a limit, you did kiss a boy on the check for the first timeeee!!! no way. 
and the way he holds your hand, the way he's so near you, the way he's so close to you. I don't have a doubt this boy cares for you. he REALLY does care. his words are matching his actions. and he's not scared to let you know his feelings. super dorky and goofy 
he literally said he dances like Deadpool when he's around me. he's to the moon right now.
and I know he cares... and he loves deep. not love yet, but I will say I'm glad his my first.
brought me my snacks and shamelessly brought them out just for me. he really doesn't care. and he said it's a redeeming time for him. 

I do like C. and he doesn't seem to go awayyy... so I think it's worth noting. I'm falling asleep fast, but yes, I gave him a kiss on the cheek. 
I'm too sleepy but I will say I think we did good, let's see how he is with my first kiss lol. all to say he's great. respect your self, honor God and run back to him. always. I believe in you. and even if he's not your human, he is a great first start.
