Time Travelled — 12 months

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Happy Birthday ( a day late ) babygirl! It’s the last year of our 20s. How crazy is that? I don’t know exactly how you’re feeling right now but I have a pretty good idea. Remember that grief comes in waves. Love is a privilege that doesn’t come without its own set of consequences. Grief is the consequence of great love. Wether it’s pets, people, a job… whatever you grieve, it is a reminder that something really special to you once existed there. It’s a reminder that you were blessed to know that love. I love you. I grieve who we were before, just like you probably grieve me as I am when I write this. But I love you endlessly. We’ve gotten through some pretty indescribable things. We will carry ourselves through this, too.
