Hi! how are you? are we okay? did we get better? did we met someone? do we still worry about little things that ends up giving us a panic attack? are we still scared? are we still sad? are we happy? are we healthy? do we have someone na? are we alive? I hope we are :( by the time I'm writing this we're still suffering and I hope we get through this if you're thinking about something negative, throw that thought away it's not good for us trust me stop feeling bad for yourself and stand up talk a walk and meditate trust me we're both not gonna like it if we ended up coming back to this phase I'm currently in. We got out of it so please don't look back and get over it forgive yourself. I FORGIVE YOU I know you might be feeling bad for me cause I'm having a severe anxiety rn but it's okay I feel bad for me to but we're here already we have to face this and don't worry I'm gonna get us out of this phase and this anxiety **** I hate her so much I KNOW YOU HATE HER TOO DON'T EVEN TRY TO LIE. I want you to know that you don't have to worry all the time. Stop thinking take a deep breath and clear your mind and calm down. So please if you're reading this please take care of yourself and don't forget to love yourself. I love you so much I'm going to succeed for you okay? after we get out of this I want you to not look back and get over it don't feel bad for me I'm doing this for you FOR US. You are loved baby think positive all the time and you don't have to believe everything your mind tells you I love you SO MUCH.
