Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Hi! It's me, from the past. During this day, you're still recovering from flu and it's tough along with your worries and self-doubts. I know you're trying your best to be appreciative of the blessings that you're receiving but you can't help but wonder about deep stuff most times. It's been so tough lately. The racing thoughts, neverending what ifs, and your worries about your future. The reason why I decided to write something is because I'm hoping that what I feel would lighten up even just a little bit. It's quite tiring and it's been like this for days now, and I want to be someone who could handle my emotions because I don't want us to give up. We have so many thing we want to experience still and I truly believe that THERE'S SO MUCH MORE TO LIFE. I've also realized that maybe I need to go out during mornings more to get our daily dose of sunlight because I've read that it produces vitamin D(?), which then produces the happy hormones that we'd need. So if you're reading this in the future, hang in there because I promise things will get better!! I hope that in the future, we're already more responsible most especially in taking care of ourselves. I love you and I promise I won't give up on you. So please don't listen to the voice inside your head. It is lying to you. Whatever you're worrying for right now, it won't even happen or if it will, I believe you have the strength and resilience to face it all. You are strong and don't let your mind tell you otherwise. I will always root for you self. I wish nothing but great things for you. Love, your past self
