Dear FutureMe,
I woke up this morning to Dorian laying next to me. I suppose by the time you read this, Dorian will no longer be a kitten, but I hope he’s still as affectionate and sweet and silly as he is right now.
I hope you have a better job, when you read this two years down the line. I work at the diner rn and I’m suffering. But maybe you work at like a hotel or something. Or you became the live in girlfriend of some weird dude. It’s hard to say really.
I wonder if you’re still into Eurovision? Is your favourite song still Hatrid Mun Sigra? Do you listen to my playlists or have they gone the way of the old ones, lost to the sands of time. Is Dorian laying next to you? Give him a kiss for me
My romantic life is tragic, mostly at my own hands, but I’ve started talking to an actually local guy, and he seems pretty nice. I’ll bet you don’t even remember him in two years though. Maybe the problem is I’m so cynical about everything. I dont want to let good things happen to me.
Regardless of where you are right now, please remember you are a daughter of Loredana, and nobody can ever break you.
Best Regards,
Ellie
