A letter from June 9th, 2024

Dear FutureMe, Hiiiiiii meeeeeee. It’s YOUU!!! :) Ik I’ve sent like 2 of these, but like just hush you’ll thank me later. 😭😭😭 But I hope life’s going decent. I hope you’re still going for the things you love. Ik life sucks sometimes yk, and it’s hard out here but the fact you’re even reading this is such a miracle. Especially since 16yr old me(now), would never have thought I’d make it that far to 18. How’s the World Cup?????😓 lmaoooo I’m so random. But I hope you’re continuing to, staying positive & protecting your energy. I really struggle a lot with that. Especially with comparison. School is really draining, and I always make it define me as a person. Ik I’m not dumb or wtv. And I hope you remember that too. You’re absolutely so hardworking, never think I’ve met someone like you. Who even during tough times, and when others try to take away her good energy she try’s her best to forgive and stay positive. Never stop doing that. You’re kindness, is the reason why you are you. Never stop being you. And never let anyone, and I mean ANYONE make u feel less. You’re special. Don’t let others who may have better grades, high gpa’s, or even just ppl in general make you think differently. Either way, remember what J.cole said. There’s always going to be someone better. Better car, better spouse, better house, better looking, but they aren’t YOU. And that’s what makes you so special. I’ve had yet met someone who thinks, and views life the way you do. Even with your very narcissistic father, you forgive him. And even with your mother who’s sometimes really rude & mean to you, you always forgive. You have such a beautiful heart. And thoughtful spirit. Ik you’ll achieve many things in the future. And it’s okay to fail, I’ve failed sm times rn just at 16. Like remember that one time I got caught using ai for the AP Seminar IWA organizer for Ms.Humphrey…… lmao yeah. But yeah we learnt our lesson from that. And thank God (literally.) that she didn’t get as mad, as I thought she would. And she was more proud and happy the fact even with how hard I found the IWA, I ended up doing it all alone. Seeee, I worked hard. Never stop working hard. Go for your dreams. You can accomplish anything. God’s with you. And so I’m I. Love you. 💕
